Usage guidelines
A device name identifies a device in a network and is used in CLI view prompts. For example, if the
device name is Sysname, the user view prompt is <Sysname>.
Examples
# Set the name of the device to MyDevice.
<Sysname> system-view

[MyDevice]

Parameters
: Specifies the schedule execution time in the hh:mm format. The value range for hh is 0 to 23.
time
The value range for mm is 0 to 59.
: Specifies the schedule execution date in the MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD format. The
date
value range for YYYY is 2000 to 2035. The value range for MM is 1 to 12. The value range for DD
varies by month.
Usage guidelines
The specified time (date plus time) must be later than the current system time.
The

overwrite one another. The most recently executed command takes effect.

# Configure the device to execute schedule saveconfig at 01:01 a.m. on May 11, 2019.
