Usage guidelines
This feature enables the DHCP server to compare the chaddr field of a received DHCP request with
the source MAC address in the frame header. If they are the same, the DHCP server verifies the
packet legal and continues processing the packet. If they are not the same, the DHCP server
discards the request.
