The lease duration of IP addresses obtained by BOOTP clients is unlimited. For scenarios that do
not allow unlimited leases, you can configure the DHCP server to ignore BOOTP requests.

Not all BOOTP clients can send requests compliant with RFC 1048. This command enables the
DHCP server to fill the Vend field in RFC 1048-compliant format in DHCP responses to RFC
1048-incompliant requests sent by BOOTP clients.
