Functional description:
This command is used to set header field static load length in FlexRay bus trigger condition. Binary
character data presented by parameter 0, 1 or X. X represents uncertainty. Data bit is 7bits and its range is
0x0~0x7F.
Return format:
Query returns binary character string data.
For example:

Set FlexRay bus static load length to X00X00X1.
