Host loop is not operational; faulty device

If a host-side minihub is not connected to a
controller, the green light will always be off
and the Fault light will always be on.
Fan/communications canister has failed or
is installed incorrectly.
When lit, controller is operating at 100BT.
When off, the controller is running at 10BT.
When off, module link light should be on. If
both are off, there is a communication fault.
Note: This light can disabled in the
NVSRAM settings.
