Use this procedure to connect the controller and the drive enclosures to the AC power
source, and power up the system.
Note: To speed drive spin-up, it is recommended that you start the drive enclosures
before or at the same time as the controller enclosure. This procedure powers up all
components in the system by turning on the Power Distribution Units.
Caution: Electrostatic discharge can damage sensitive components. Use appropriate
antistatic precautions before handling any components.
