Frame synchronization,
Descrambling,
Reed Solomon or Turbo decoding,
Telemetry storage on the hard disk and playback,
Frame (or raw data) time-tagging,
On request or automatic data transmission to the Telemetry Clients,
Real-time decommutation with graphical display,
VC extraction for CCSDS recommendations,
