administrator rights.

Incorrect password input. Existing administrator status
remains unchanged.
Special case p1 = 0
"0" may not be used as a password. Client returns the
administrator rights (if StartWithAdminrights = 1, the device
client receives the administrator rights again, otherwise the
administrator rights are not automatically assigned to any
client).
