The internal library operation can be viewed through the view window to monitor
accessor and drive functions visually.
In addition to messages on the library Operator Panel, individual drives can also
display various messages on an 8-character drive message display visible through the
view window. For example, the cartridge bar code is displayed on the drive message
display when a cartridge is loaded into the drive.
Serial Number Label
The machine type and serial number (
