4. Manually remove and clearly label the cartridge magazines from the library. See

6. Disconnect the flat cable from the connector (Figure 9-14) on the right side of the

7. Remove the three screws securing the LCD display card (
"Unlocking Cartridge Magazines Manually" on page 9-4.
Note: Before removing the LCD display card, check for a loose flat cable
connection that may be the cause of the problem.
LCD display card. Pull out the lock tab (
of the connector toward you using your fingernail and remove the flat cable.
Note: See Figure 9-15 for a close-up view of the flat cable as it mates with the
connector. The cable contacts are aligned with the connector contacts and
are held in place by pressing the slide lock in to wedge the cable and
connector together.
