Cylinder Removal - Honda CRF450R 2009 Service Manual

CYLINDER REMOVAL
Remove the cylinder head (page 9-16).
Remove the cam chain guide.
Remove the bolts and water hose Joint and D-ring.
CYLINDER/PISTON
Remove the cam chain tensioner holder.

Remove the bolts, cam chain lensioner lifter and [
gasket.
TOOL:
Cam chain tensloner holder
Remove the cylinder.
Remove the dowel pins and gasket.
