CLUTCH/KICKSTARTERIGEARSHIFT LINKAGE
Install the pinion gear bushing .
Apply molybdenum oil solution to the pinion gear inner
surface.
Install the pinion gear and thrust washer.
Insert the return spring into the hole on the spindle.
Install the coliar aligning the gap of the coliar with the
spring .

Align the punch marl<s and install the ratchet.
INSTALLATION
Install the ratchet spring .
Apply engine oil 10 the spindle journal.
Install the kickslarter assembly to the crankcase and
rotate the spindle clockwise untit the ratchet tab comes
behind the stopper plate.
