Push out the decompressor weight stopper pin using an
0 .0 . 2
mm pin .
Remove the decompressor weight, spring and plunger.
INSPECTION/CLEANING
Check the decompressor weight for bends or damage.
Check the decompressor plunger for wear or damage.
Check the decompressor spring for fatigue.
Replace the damaged parts
if
necessary.
Clean the decompressor weight, plunger and spring.
Blow the oil passage in the camshaft with compressed
air.
