REAR WHEEUSUSPENSION
Replace lhe wheel
Pack each wheel bearing cavity with grease,
bearings as
a
sel.
Da nol reused old
bearing.

Drive in a new right wheel bearing first making sure that
it is fully seated and Ihat Ihe marked side facing out.

Driver
Attachment, 40 x 42 mm
Pilot, 25 mm

Inslall the distance coliar into place, then drive new left
wheel bearings using the same tools.
Drive the inside left wheel bearing with the sealed
side facing down.
Drive the outside left wheel bearing with the sealed
side facing up.
Install and lighten a new bearing retainer to the
specified torque using Ihe special toots.
TOOLS :
Reta iner wrench, 48 mm
Retainer wrench body

TORQUE: 44 N'm (4.5 kgf'm, 321bHt)
Peen the edge of the retainer.
Inslall the driven sprocket.

Install the bolls, washers and nuts, and tighten Ihe nuts
to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 32 N'm (3.3 kgf·m, 24 IbHt)
Pack the lips of a new dust seal with grease, and install
ilia Ihe wheel hub.
