CYLINDER INSTALLATION
Be
careful not to
damage the piston
ring and cylinder
wall.
Instailihe dowel pins and new gasket.
Apply
engine oil to the
cylinder bore, piston outer
surface and piston rings.
Route the cam chain through the cylinder. and install
the cylinder while compressing the piston rings.
Install a new gasket. cam chain tensioner lifter.
Install and lighten the bolts securely.
Insert the cam chain tensioner holder into the cam
chain tensioner lifter.
Turn the cam chain tensioner holder clockwise fully and
lock the cam chain tensioner lifter by pushing the
handle.
