Fuel Injector - Honda CRF450R 2009 Service Manual

FUEL INJECTOR
REMOVAL
Remove the throttle body (page 6·64 ).
Clean around the fuel injector base with compressed air
before removing the fuel injector.
Remove the bolts and fuel injector jOintlinjector.
Remove the fuel injector from the injector joint.
Remove the a-ring , cushion ring
and seal
ring.
INSTALLATION
Coat a new O -ring and seal ring With engine oiL
Install a new D-ring, cushion ring and seal ring , being
careful nol to damage them .
Be careful not to Install the fuel injector into the injector joint.

terminals as shown.
