Slide the outer tube down onto the axle holder slowly it
avoid damaging the dust seal.
Compress the fork damper fully.
Pour the recommended fork oil to the upper surface of
the fork slider.

RECOMMENDED FORK OIL
Adjust the oil level by removing the oil with an after

mar1i:et syringe.
After the oil level stabilizes, measure the oil level from
the top of the Quter tube with the outer tube and fork
damper rod fully on pressed .

Be sure the oil level is the same in both fork legs.
Always use the after market syringe while adjusting
the

level. If it Isn't used , air may get Into the fork.
If a syringe is not available, first set the
all
level
somewhat lower than the normal level, then add
small amounts of oil until the
correct
level is
obtained , measuring the level each time oil is added.

Tighten the fork cap lock nut fully, and measure the

length between the lock nul end and piston
rod
end as
shown .
STANDARD: 19 - 20 mm (0.7 -0.8 in)
Pull the piston rod up slowly and tighten the fork cap
until it is fully seated.
Measure the length of the fork cap and lock nut
clearance.
STANDARD: 1.0 - 2.0 mm (0.04 - 0.08 in)
If the clearance is out of specification, check the fork
cap and lock nul installation.
Apply fork oil to the O-ring and install it to the fork cap
groove.
