2. Fractional- VCO
Description and Procedure
No test equipment is required for this procedure.
his adjustment sets the VCO tuning voltage to
60 MHz.
1. Leaving all cables connected, place the A4 fractional-N assembly on an
analog extender board.
2. urn the synthesizer on and press
at least one hour.
3. Select the A4 VCO tune adjustment. On the synthesizer, press:

4. Using a non-metallic tool, adjust A4L1 (see Figure 3-4) to center the needle
on the display.
5. urn the synthesizer to standby, and reinstall the A4 assembly.
