data, the following procedure loads the default calibration constants from
UVEPROM into working data memory.

he calibration constant number in ascending order.
he calibration constant name. An asterisk indicates that this calibration
constant is adjusted by an automated adjustment.
he range of realistic adjustment (adjustment outside of the range may be
possible but will probably cause the synthesizer to be severely misadjusted)
