19 Remove the fasteners securing the large
platform height bracket to the number 1 inner
arm pivot bracket.
20 Remove the large platform height sensor
bracket from the number 1 inner arm pivot
bracket.
Tip-over hazard. Failure to install
the fasteners securing the large
platform height sensor bracket
and number 1 inner arm pivot
bracket to the chassis, could
result in the machine tipping
over, causing death or serious
injury.

How to Remove the Lift Cylinder
Note: When removing a hose assembly or fitting,
the O-ring (if equipped) on the fitting and/or hose
end must be replaced. All connections must be
torqued to specification during installation. Refer to
Specifications, Hydraulic Hose and Fitting Torque
Specifications.

Turn the key switch to ground controls and
pull out the red Emergency Stop button to the
on position at both ground and platform
controls.
Raise the platform 7 to 9 feet / 2,1 to 2,8 m.
