CBC Method

Intended Use

The ADVIA 2120/2120i Hematology System Complete Blood Count (CBC)
method is intended to quantitatively measure the following hematological
parameters:
White Blood Cell count (WBC)
Red Blood Cell count (RBC)
Hemoglobin concentration (HGB)
Hematocrit (HCT)
Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV)
Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin (MCH)
Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC)
Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration Mean (CHCM)
Cellular Hemoglobin Content (CH)
