CHAPTER 3 MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
3.4.5 Adjusting the Position of the
Pressure Solenoid (SL74)
1) Slide out the folder unit, and open the
left guide.
2) Remove the two screws [1], and remove
the left guide cover [2].
3) Remove the E-ring (front, rear; 1 each),
and detach the guide plate from the arm
[2].
4) Loosen the two adjusting screws [6] to
adjust the position of the pressure sole-
noid (SL74, [5]) so that the pressure
member arm [3] and the pressure spring
[4] will come into contact at A when the
solenoid goes ON.
