4) Set DIP SW973 as shown (bits 1, 6, 7,
and 8 at ON), and turn on the push
switch (SW976):
The punch waste feed motor rotates.
LED741 goes ON.

5) Turn the variable resistor (VR742) on
the punch driver PCB fully counter-
clockwise.
