Sample Analysis

1.
Select Unit [n] > Sample Analysis.
2.
To manually close all instrument valves, click the Close Valves button
3.
Click Browse and select a sample information file for each port to be used.
4.
Verify the information populated into the sample identification, density and mass fields. This
information is pulled from the selected file. The density value is applicable only if using the
Calculate method for the free space determination.

Edit the p
and Bath temperature fields, if necessary.

Click Report after analysis to automatically generate reports when the analysis is complete. On
the Report Settings window, select the report destination. Click OK.
7.
Click Start to start the analysis. A window displays data as they are collected. A short delay is
encountered before the port status at the bottom of the screen changes from the Idle state.
8.
When the analysis is complete, remove the sample tube and store (or dispose) of the sample
material as applicable.
Use caution when removing the sample tube if using a hanging filler rod. The sample
tube O-ring or Dewar cover may snag the filler rod retaining ring. Loosen the snag
gently; excessive force may break the tip of the filler rod.
