Common Fields and Buttons - Reports Menu Options
The following fields and buttons are common to many of the report files. References are made to these
fields and buttons throughout this chapter.

Start Report

Reports > Start Report > [file] (or use the F8 keyboard shortcut)
Use to generate a report on a sample analysis.

Click to locate another file.
Closes the window and cancels any unsaved changes.
Refer to Report After Analysis in
Select the file to print (or open) from the Name column. The file name will
appear in the File name text box. Click Open or double-click the file name
in the Name column to open the file. Multiple files can be selected by
holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard while selecting multiple files.
Enter the From and To range for autoscaling the X- and/or Y-axes.
Displays a list of files in the selected directory.
Click to save and close the active window.
Click to open the selected file (or double-click the file name in the Name
column to open the file).
Click to generate the report.
Saves the active file.
Select to show a graphic on the report header. Click the Browse button to
locate the graphic in either .BMP or .EMF format.
• Height / Width - enter the height and width of the selected graphic.
These values determine the graphic appearance on the generated report.
