CAUTION!
• When using the Vivo 3 with the SpO2 sensor, the Vivo 3
displays functional oxygen saturation measured by the sensor.
• The following information concerns the light emitted by the SpO2
– Peak Wavelength (red): 660 nm
– Peak Wavelength (infrared): 905 nm
– Maximum Optical Output Power: ≤ 15 mW
– For more information regarding the oxygen probe's range of peak wave-
lengths, max optical power and usage, please refer to the respective probe
manual.
• Environmental factors may influence the function or accuracy of the pulse oxi-
meter, such as ambient light, physical movement, diagnostic testing, low perfusion,
electromagnetic interference, dysfunctional haemoglobin, presence of certain dyes
and inappropriate positioning of the pulse oximeter probe.
• A functional test cannot be used to assess the accuracy of a pulse oximeter probe
or a pulse oximeter.
