Procedure of auto tuning
■When using the engineering tool
[Tool]  [Module Tool List]
1.
Select "Temperature trace" of
"Temperature Control Module" and
click the [OK] button.
2.
Select the module to configure the
temperature control setting and click
the [OK] button.
3.
Select "Monitor data write" from the
following:
Setting]  [Monitor data write]
4.
Select the parameter to be changed
from "Add to" to click the  button.
5.
The parameter is added in "View."
6.
Click the [OK] button.
