Setting value backup completion flag
Turning from OFF to ON 'Setting value backup command' (Y8) starts the writing of the data in the buffer memory to the non-
volatile memory. After the data writing is completed, this flag turns ON. Turning OFF 'Setting value backup command' (Y8)
also turns OFF this flag.
