Z-phase pulse output specifications
The Z-phase pulse is outputted by each encoder as follows.

The minimum pulse width of the Z-phase pulse output is about 400 μs.
Z-phase pulse output
Outputs one pulse every time the Z-phase of the linear encoder is passed.
Outputs one pulse for every virtual rotation.
Outputs one pulse every time the Z-phase of the scale is passed.
