TROUBLESHOOTING LAN CONNECTIVITY
Most connectivity problems relate to wiling
issues or
corporate
security settings
blocking the
inve1 ter
from accessing the Internet.
Wiling problems
are usually
caused by the
following:
•
Result
of a
poor crimp
•
Wire
that
exceeds
320
ft.
as
specified
in the installation of the inve1ter
•
Pinched
wires somewhere between
the
inve1
ter and the hub or router
Corporate
network
problems will
require suppo1t from
your
co1porate IT depa1tment
where the
inve1ter
is
installed.
The most common
problem
is that the inve1ter has not
been provided
with
DHCP
server access
using po1t 443
or
the
static
IP address has
not
been set.
Troubleshooting
communications
issues
can
also be
accomplished using the four
LED lights on the
communications
PCB
.
