Contents
Clears the FAX/i-FAX communication history and scheduled FAX transmission backup data in the FAX
PWB.
Execute the memory Storage initialization.
Purpose
Execute to prevent information disclosure of the backup data.
Method
1.Press the [Start] key.
2.Select the item to execute.

Method: RECOVERY FAX Storage / FAX Data CLEAR
1.Press the [Start] key.
*: Clears the backup data.
2.Turn the power switch off and on. Wait more than 5 seconds between the power off and on.
Setting: Change Fax Storage
1.Select the item to set.

HDD
2.Press the [Start] key to set the setting value.
3.Turn the power switch off and on. Wait more than 5 seconds between the power off and on.
Completion
Press the [Stop] key.
*: The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.
