Explanation The NCK-MD to enable the SPL coupling (also including MD13302/13303 $MN_PROFISAFE_IN/OUT_EN‐
ABLE_MASK, MD13330/13340 $MN_SAFE_RDP/SDP_ENABLE_MASK) are protected by a checksum. The
alarm indicates that the actual checksum no longer matches the saved checksum, i.e. that either a piece of
data was illegally changed or is corrupt.
