p9858 SI transition time STOP F to STOP A (Motor Module)
Sets the transition period from STOP F to STOP A on the Motor Module/Hydraulic
Module.

For a crosswise data comparison between p9658 and p9858, a difference of one
safety monitoring clock cycle is tolerated. The parameterized time is internally
rounded-off to an integer multiple of the monitoring clock cycle.
