Explanation The NCK-MD to parameterize the SPL I/O and SPL functionality (also including $MN_PROFISAFE...,
MD133xx/134xx $MN_SAFE_SDP/RDP...) are protected using a checksum. The alarm indicates that the
actual checksum no longer matches the saved checksum, i.e. that either a piece of data was illegally changed
or is corrupt.
