Actual speed tolerance for safe monitoring of the acceleration (SBR).
After Safe Acceleration Monitor has been activated (by initiating a STOP B or C), then this
tolerance is applied to the actual speed.
It is not permissible that the actual velocity is greater than the limit that is therefore specified.
Otherwise, a STOP A will be initiated. This means that if the drive accelerates, then this will
be identified as quickly as possible.
