Syntax
*TST?
This query command performs a self-test of the instrument and returns a pass/fail
indication.

Please refer to the U2722A/U2723A USB Modular Source Measure Units User's
Guide for the self-test return codes.
Returned Query Format
<NR1>
The command returns "+0" (all tests passed) or a decimal value which is larger
than 0 (one or more tests failed).
