[SOURce:]MEMory:LIST:DATA?

Syntax
[SOURce:]MEMory:LIST:DATA? (@<ch>)
This command reads the data result after executing the commands in the channel
active memory list through a remote or hardware trigger action.

This command is only applicable for the U2723A USB Modular SMU.
Returned Query Format
<NR3>{,<NR3>}
The reading is in the form of +9.99999999E+10 when output is set to OFF or no
measurement is made during the memory list's commands execution.
Array values responses are separated by commas.
