Reading the Signal Strength for a Connection

GetLinkSignalStrength, 0xD7
The RSSI value displays possible overrides of the Bluetooth
"0" if the strength of the received signal lies within the tolerance range. If the
received signal is stronger than the upper limiting value of the tolerance range, a
value > "0" is returned. If the received signal is weaker than the lower limiting
value, a value < "0" is returned.
