5. Using 0x21 (TABLE_ENTRY) in byte 4, specify the 2
which the MAC ID should be written.
6. Since opcode 0x83 has not changed, but the Mailbox command should be
executed again with the MAC entered under 4, change the toggle bit to
0x80.
