To set the upper/lower tape brake:
1. Loosen the nut (3).
2. To reduce the force of the tape brake, loosen the screw (2).
3. To increase the force of the tape brake, tighten the screw (2).
4. To lock the screw (2) in position, tighten the nut (3).
