Description
• Inverter rating does not support PM motor
control mode.
• Inverter pulse input selection (03-30)
selection conflicts with PID source (10-00 and
10-01).
• Feedback signal wire broken
• Feedback sensor broken
• USP at power-up (activated by multi-function
digital input) is enabled. The inverter will not
accept a run command.
• While the warning is active the inverter does
not accept a run command. (See parameter
03-00 - 03-08 = 50).
• Frequency command is smaller than motor
minimum output frequency.
• Run command executes from external termi-
nal but executes stop command from keypad.
• Abnormal encoder signal
• Check the command among 11-00, jog and DI
control to see if any difference.
• Parameter lock key code already enable
(13-07)
• To enable the parameter lock key code (pass-
word) function, but the password is not correct
Possible causes Corrective action
• Check control mode.
• Check pulse input selection (03-30) and PID
source (10-00 and 10-01).
• Check feedback wiring
• Replace feedback sensor.
• Remove run command or reset inverter via
multi-function digital input (03-00 to 03-07 =
17) or use the RESET key on the keypad to reset
inverter.
• Activate USP input and re-apply the power.
• Adjust frequency command
• Remove the run command from external
terminal
• Check encoder wiring
• 17-07 PG pulse number setting is not corre-
sponding to the encoder.
• Replace the encoder.
• Revise the command among 11-00, jog and
DI control to see if any difference
• Lifting the parameter lock key code, to enter
the correct parameter for 13-07
• Enter the correct parameter for 13-07 to
enable the parameter lock key
