Notes:
If the minimum base block time (07-18) is longer than the momentary power failure time, the speed search starts
operation after the minimum base block time (07-18).
If the minimum base block time (07-18) is too short, the speed search operation begins immediately after power has
been restored.

07-29=0: Inverter does not run again until DC braking stops.
