Section 07 DRIVE SYSTEM
Subsection 01 (DRIVE CHAIN/REAR AXLE)
Using a press and the bearing remover/installer
tool (P/N 529 035 918), install NEW bearings.

1. Special tool (P/N 529 035 918)
NOTE: Sometimes, bearings can be installed with-
out tools.
Clean Loctite surplus.
Check if bearings turn smoothly and freely.
Install NEW seals.
Chain Tensioner Installation
Apply Loctite 767 (antiseize lubricant) (P/N 293
800 070) on chain tensioner lobes.
Insert chain tensioner inside swing arm by the RH
side.

1. Apply antiseize lubricant here
Install caliper bracket.
Install the circlip.
Install all other removed parts.
