• 0: Remote or offerer's preference
• 1: Local

Supports media preservation when
ENABLE_IPOFFICE is set to 2.
Value operation:
• 0: Phone tries to preserve a call
for a duration specified by
PRESERVED_CALL_DURATION
settings parameter.
• 1: Phone does not preserve a
call. As soon as the phone
detects link failure to IP Office,
the phone drops a call and makes
re-registration attempt.
