Sets or gets the gateway country code.

gatewaycountrycode set ["countrycode"]

Description
Returns the current setting.
Sets the gateway country code when followed by the
"countrycode" parameter. To erase the current
setting, omit "countrycode".
Numeric string specifying the gateway country code.
