1. Extracting tool

D 10 mm (0.39 in.)
E 20 mm (0.79 in.)
F 20 mm dia. (0.79 in. dia.)
G 56.8 to 56.9 mm dia. (2.236 to 2.240 in. dia.)
H 51.8 to 51.9 mm dia. (2.039 to 2.043 in. dia.)
