Check if anode support must be provided with a plain washer
Necessary tools

2.5mm Allen wrench.
•
19mm open-end wrench.
Necessary parts
Plain washer, stainless steel, ØD = 18mm, Ød = 6.4mm, thickness = 1.6mm. (V3673807).
How to check if the anode support must be provided with a plain washer?
1. Turn the thumbscrew of the Z direction counterclockwise as for as possible (minimum Z position of the xenon lamp).
2. Check if the anode pin of the xenon lamp remains supported by the anode support.

3. In case the anode pin drops out the anode support place a plain washer (reference 3) between the UV blocker and anode support
(reference 4). Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen/fasten the screw (reference 1) of the anode support. Use a 19mm open-end
wrench to capture the anode support.
