No radio connection with the external repeater – procedure
NOTE
P100011294 E
Perform the following step to check if an external repeater is assigned to a
room operating network or a system network.
Press the push button at the external repeater briefly.
If the green LED is lit, the external repeater is connected to the room
operating network.
If the yellow LED is lit, the external repeater is connected to the system
network.
If all LEDs light up at the external repeater, the connection with the wireless
connection module has been lost. Check the following items:
Is the wireless connection module supplied with voltage? The green LED
"Power" must be lit at the wireless connection module.
Is the fuse of the wireless connection module OK? A tripped fuse is dis-
played by the red LED at the wireless connection module.
For system networks: Was a reset performed via the "Master" radio con-
trol? The LED "Master" is not lit at a reset.
A blinking yellow LED at the external repeater signals that the radio con-
nection quality is at its threshold. This can be due to the distance between
external repeater and wireless connection module or due to interferences
like metal, etc. We recommend that the external repeater be placed closer
to the wireless connection module or to remove interferences.
