TROUBLESHOOTING :
Test the lamps, the indicators and the warning lights
If the chair is equipped with lamps:
• Check that all the lamps are operating correctly.
• Check that all the lamps are operating correctly and that the frequency of indicating is 1.5 Hz ± 0.5 Hz.
• Disconnect everything around the lamps and check that the remaining lamp on the same site indicates
with a frequency of 3 Hz ± 0.5 Hz.
If the chair is equipped with warning lights:
• Check that all the lamps are operating correctly and that the frequency of indicating is 1.5 Hz ± 0.5 Hz.
Actuator test
• Check that all the motors operate well.
• Ensure that the mechanical stop are attached correctly and that they stop the actuator motors and
therefore use the limit switch automatic tracking included in the seat module and the lamps (ISM).
Inhibitor signal test
Connect an appropriate charger or a similar inhibition contact device to the module charger plug of the
joystick and ensure that it is impossible for the chair to move.
If the inhibition contacts 2, 3, 4 and 5 are used to inhibit or limit speed, an appropriate test should be
carried out to check whether they are operating correctly.
Replacement of the defective units
Apart from the OEM approved replacement parts (contact Lifestand to find out more), the R-Net control
system does not include any replacement parts. Therefore the defective units must be returned to
Lifestand or a repairer approved by Lifestand to be repaired.
TAKE CARE!
Any replacement of any part without the approval of Lifestand cancels the guarantee of the control
system.
Lifestand declines any responsibility in the event of any losses following the opening, adjusting or
modification of a component of the R-Net control system without authorisation.
