BACKREST (2/2):

Assembly:
Assemble in the reverse order.
1. Attach the backrest pivots to the
backrest mounts using the two
screws (Tightening torque: 11.1N.m).
(See figure 130)
2. Connect the left backrest mount to
the right backrest mount by using the
backrest cross beam and tighten
everything with the 2 screws (4
screws for seat width 48) (Tightening
torque: 11.1N.m). (See figure 130)
3. Place the backrest straps into
position.
4. Position the backrest onto the chair,
attach it with the two screws and
position the nut cap (tightening
torque: 27N.m). (See figure 131)
5. Extend the backrest straps.
6. Place the backrest cover into
position. (See figure 132)
7. Replace the headrest support and
attach it using the indexable handle.
(See figure 132)
8. Replace the backrest actuator. (See
section «Backrest actuator»).
9. Re-install the control box R-NET (See
section «Chair wiring»).
10. Reposition the armrests. (See section
«Armrests»).
